Started using this when I bought it for my horses. I do not use any NSAIDS I have arthritis and a torn meniscus in my right knee. It relieves the pain in my finger joints, knees and hip joints. I used it daily for about 2 months and now I use it as needed. I have recommended it to many of my friends. I do not recommend things that do not work.

I'm really impressed, since taking this product I have noticed less pain in areas I have arthritis - hips, feet, back and upper spine. I'm able to do my normal house chores with much less pain. I'm 52. I've suffered for yrs with inflammation in most of my joints. I have osteoarthritis in my hips knees ankles lower back and hands.
